Products & Pricing

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will be charged at the time of purchase. Estimated shipping dates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. We will notify you of any significant delays via email.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, contact us at silkonwounds@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
